Economist to give annual outlook

Charles Plosser, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and former dean and professor at the Simon Graduate School of Business, will present his 29th annual economic seminar Nov. 27 in Rochester, officials said Thursday.

He plans to share his views on economic conditions and what can be expected in the coming year. Joining Plosser will be Anthony Chan, managing director and chief economist with J.P. Morgan Private Client Services. Chan will share his economic outlook for New York and upstate. Malcolm Wolcott Jr., president of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. upstate, will moderate the seminar.
The event begins at noon at the Hyatt Regency Rochester. Registration is required. For information, contact alumniRSVP@simon.rochester.edu.
