LaBella Associates P.C. announces the addition of the following employees: Daniel Noll, environmental engineer; Mark Tayrien, manager of planning service in the civil division; and Michelle Shea, office administrator. Noll brings eight years’ experience to the firm and will be responsible for the design of phase II environmental site assessments and brownfield cleanup programs. Tayrien’s responsibilities will include facility planning, land use regulation, district formation, funding and plan review. She has worked in the administration division at LaBella part time for eight years.

Rebecca Menendez has joined Wall Street Financial Group as a marketing communications specialist. Menendez will be responsible for directing the company’s marketing efforts, including all advertising, promotion, publicity and special-event management.

Nothnagle Realtors announces the following appointments: John Arquette, senior sales manager; Ron Mazza, senior manager and director of training; and Rob Reimer, senior manager. Arquette has been with the company 23 years and previously managed the day-to-day operations of multiple Nothnagle branches. Mazza started with the firm in 1987 and has been a national trainer since 2000. Reimer will manage the day-to-day operations at the Long Pond Road office in Greece. He has been in sales and management with the firm since 1983.

Adsertive LLC announces the hiring of Rick Ramos as director of marketing and the promotion of Jennifer Hoffmire to affiliate sales manager. Ramos brings more than 10 years’ experience in Internet advertising to the firm.

OppenheimerFund Inc.’s Rochester division has hired Brian Ferris as lead IS engineer.

Hiscock & Barclay LLP has elected Thomas Walsh as the managing director of the firm’s Rochester office. Walsh focuses on municipal and land use and environmental law. He is a partner with the firm. Eleanor Hynes has joined the Rochester office as an associate attorney. She concentrates her practice on intellectual property and technology, intellectual property litigation and torts and product liability litigation.

KPMG LLP has added the following associates to its Rochester office: Amber Buttles, Emily Cokeley, Beverly Graham, Robert Hughes, Valerie Kraft, Jung-eun Nowik, Patrick Rickards, Kylie Smith and Vincent Yacuzzo. Colby Amidon has joined the firm as a tax manager.

Rochester Financial Group, an office of MetLife Inc., announces that Dale Mallory has joined the firm as a financial service representative.

Nazareth College of Rochester announces appointments of Janice Scheutzow and Laura Formella to its financial aid department. As assistant director, Scheutzow will coordinate all of the federal and private student loan programs and calculate graduate financial aid award packages. As data specialist, Formella will be in charge of performing technical and clerical/receptionist support functions and inputting financial aid information.

WROC-TV 8 announces the following appointments: Lia Lando, main anchor of Fox First at Ten and reporter for News 8 Now; Katrina Irwin, weekend anchor for Fox First at Ten; Melanie Barnas, anchor for Wake Up Rochester; John Stehlin, weatherman for Wake Up Rochester; and Jonathan Myers, weekend meteorologist for News 8 Now.
