Nothnagle Realtors’ Brighton branch has added Terry Clar and Melodie Adkins to its sales team, while Mark Cold and Susan Heater have joined the Penfield branch.

Jay Advertising Inc. announces the following new hires and promotions: Christan Vosburgh, assistant account executive; Adell Cuminale, account executive; Stephanie Horn, account executive; Courtney Smith, account supervisor; and Jennifer D’Anza, post-production supervisor.

LaBella Associates P.C. announces the addition of Karl Koch as assistant project architect in the building and facility division and Neil Ficurilli as mechanical engineer in the mechanical, electrical and plumbing division. Koch brings eight years of experience to the firm and will be responsible for the design and production of the company’s criminal justice and educational facility projects. Ficurilli will be responsible for the design of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

The Monroe County Water Authority has appointed Edward Marianetti as executive director. Marianetti previously served as commissioner of public works in the town of Greece. He also has been appointed interim deputy executive director.

Scott Crane and Elizabeth Hickey have joined the law firm of Underberg & Kessler LLP. Crane is an associate in the firm’s real estate department and concentrates his practice in the areas of residential purchases, sales and representation of lenders in residential mortgage financing. Hickey is an associate in the firm’s litigation department and employment law practice group. She concentrates her practice in the areas of civil litigation, employment discrimination, employee benefits and labor law.

Adrian Jules Ltd. announces the appointment of John VanderBrook as executive sales consultant. VanderBrook will be responsible for sales and new business development in the retail custom clothing division. He brings 20 years of retail and sales experience to the position.

ESL Federal Credit Union has promoted Mary Alice Liotta to vice president, operations support team manager. She will be responsible for all operational support for the front line at ESL branch offices and the member communications center. Liotta brings more than 20 years of financial services experience in operations to the position.

Martino Flynn LLC has hired Barbara Quinn as traffic manager. Quinn will be responsible for managing daily workflow and job status, maintaining project deadlines and developing and implementing work processes and procedures to improve work efficiency.

Steven Epping has been named regional business banking manager for M&T Bank Corp.’s Rochester region. Epping will manage a group of 20 bankers working with small businesses throughout the region to provide them with the loans, deposit accounts and cash management services needed to successfully grow their businesses. He brings more than 19 years of experience in the local financial services industry to the position.

Re/Max Realty Group has hired Amy Iker-McAreavy as associate broker at its Pittsford location. Iker-McAreavy brings 13 years of real estate, corporate relocation and new-construction experience to the position.

Citibank, the Student Loan Corp., announces the following appointments: Jeremy Hildreth, school satisfaction analyst; Jeffrey Bourcy, senior developer; Michael Hartman, electronic office manager; and Nicholas Torvato, systems engineering support.

Barry Dumbauld has joined Hunt Engineers, Architects & Land Surveyors P.C. as a transportation engineer in the firm’s Rochester office. He brings 20 years of experience to the position.

Birds Eye Foods Inc. announces that Neil Harrison has joined the company as chairman, president and CEO. Harrison brings more than 27 years of domestic and international food industry marketing, sales and finance experience to the position. He previously served as executive vice president of H.J. Heinz Co.

HR Works Inc. announces that it has named Jo Ellen Pinkham as director of compensation services. Pinkham will work with clients designing competitive compensation strategies and offering integrated approaches for all aspects of compensation. She previously served as vice president of human resources for Constellation Brands Inc.

Nextel Partners Inc. has named Justin Arcara, Lauren Mack, Nick Weber, Adam Clark and Marc Lathey as wireless consultants. Gene Nerau has been appointed as retail sales manager. Nerau will be responsible for managing schedule, inventory, revenue and employee productivity.

Shakeel Shareef M.D. has joined the University of Rochester Eye Institute faculty as a glaucoma specialist and an associate professor in the department of ophthalmology. He previously practiced at the Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania.

Highland Hospital has named Tanna Traub as manager of employee health services. Traub will be responsible for all administrative oversight of employee health services and will conduct all pre-employment physicals for the hospital. She also will be responsible for staff at affiliated nursing homes and a senior living facility.
