Kodak board elects three vice presidents

Eastman Kodak Co. today announced the appointments of three corporate vice presidents.
Bernard Masson, president of Kodak’s Display Group, has been named a senior vice president of the company.
Masson, 55, joined Kodak in May as a consultant to the firm’s Photography Group. He previously served as executive vice president at Lexmark International Inc. and president of Lexmark’s Consumer Printer Division from 1997 to 2001.
Mary Burkhardt, manager of all global manufacturing sites within Kodak’s Global Manufacturing and Logistics organization, and Claudio D’Amico, regional business general manager and vice president of Kodak’s Consumer Imaging Business in the Europe, Africa and the Middle East region, have been named vice presidents of the company.
