Dixon Schwabl Advertising announces the appointment of Julianne Hanes as account supervisor and Carla Mancuso to its public relations team. Most recently Hanes, who has more than nine years of marketing and advertising experience, served as direct marketing manager for Element K. Mancuso recently served as senior public relations account executive at Eric Mower & Associates.

The Bank of Castile announces the appointment of Thomas Dambra as manager of the finance department. Dambra will direct all functions of the finance department, including budget preparation and accounting. He previously worked in the finance department of Global Crossing Ltd.

Transcat Inc. announces the following appointments: Robert Maddamma, vice president, Cal Lab operations; Sharon McGuire, credit manager; and Joanne Hand, financial planning and analysis.

Brian Fenske has been named Agway Energy Products’ heating and air conditioning service manager for Rochester. Most recently, Fenske was a sales engineer with Leo J. Roth Corp.

Time Warner Communications Inc. has named Cindi Crowley as business sales account executive for Road Runner High Speed Online, commercial services. Crowley previously was a corporate account executive for AT&T Corp.

Terry Neilon, associate broker, has joined Re/Max Realty Group. He brings more than 10 years of knowledge and experience in real estate.

Catalyst Direct Inc. announces the addition of the following four employees to its customer management center: Anne Seifert, Sandra Best, David Van Gemert and Anthony Wilmer. They will report to telesales supervisor Andrew Bellavia, who was promoted from new business development specialist to manage the department. Best and Seifert are rolling out a pilot program for a digital printing company, while Wilmer and Van Gemert are working on a program for Medtronic.

Hobart and William Smith Colleges announce the appointment of Jay Sullivan as director of annual giving and parent relations. Sullivan brings with him several years of fund raising and alumni relations experience. Most recently he served for two years as telefund coordinator at Rochester Institute of Technology.

The Law Office of Michael Robinson announces the appointment of Margaret Cornish as client services manager. Cornish previously served as the firm’s document creation specialist.

Judith Bennett, of East Bloomfield, has been named operations manager of the Greater Rochester Chapter of the American Red Cross in Canandaigua. Bennett previously served as a Peace Corps volunteer from 1999 to 2001, and provided technical assistance and support for the development of a regional youth organization and an agricultural resource center in Lithuania.

Taskin Mumcuoglu has been appointed financial center manager of Citibank N.A. Mumcuoglu will oversee banking and administrative operations for Citibank’s Brighton Financial Center. Previously he served as a client financial analyst at Citibank.
