Frank Richards has joined Wilmorite Construction as project manager. He will assist with ongoing projects at Nazareth College of Rochester. In addition, he will work on preconstruction and construction services for projects in Washington, D.C.

Gordon Phillips II M.D. has been named director of the blood and marrow transplant and leukemia program at James P. Wilmot Cancer Center, University of Rochester Medical Center. Previously, he had been director of the blood and marrow transplant program at the University of Maryland’s Greenebaum Cancer Center.

Amica Mutual Insurance Company’s Rochester office announces the following appointments: Scott Caralla, appraiser; Mechelle Osterhout, service representative; and Michael Valluzo, associate underwriter.

John Gucker has been appointed commercial lending officer at First Niagara Bank. With than 20 years of experience, Gucker will be responsible for developing commercial loan and mortgage account relationships with small- and medium-size businesses in Monroe County.

David Boyce has been named president of Tompkins Insurance Agencies Inc. He has been with the agency for 13 years. Boyce supervises agency operations and the commercial lines department.

Lumarc Computer Corp. announces the following appointments: Emedio Lotta and Todd Sawler, account executives.

Re/Max First announces the affiliation of Todd Enright as broker associate. He brings 10 years of residential real estate experience to his new position.

The Cabot Group has made the following appointments: Bruce Hunt, director of the commercial property management division, and David Hofmeister, corporate services specialist.

Christine Urban has joined DePaul Huther-Doyle as director of intake services.

Erdman Anthony announces the following appointments as associates: Agnieszka Nau, Ron Parker, John Halldow, Jackie Curley, Wendy Leimbach, Ellen Nelson and Charles Tutunjian.

Roseann Schmid, Jeff Weis and Frank Dahar have been appointed as senior associates at Erdman Anthony.
