John Perry has been named director of operations at Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar. Perry will supervise Applebee’s regional managers in Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse.

Bausch & Lomb Inc. has announced the following appointments: William Ramsey, vice president-U.S. eye-wear manufacturing operations; Mariano Segura, director- vision care marketing for the Latin America division; Jeffrey Nardoci, director-field sales, personal products division; Richard Giovannini, staff vice president-technical services; and Thomas McLain, staff vice president- accounting and financial reporting.

Corrinne Reed has been named applications/programming officer in systems development at Rochester Community Savings Bank’s Operations Center. Reed joined the bank in 1990 as senior programmer analyst.

V-Med Inc. announces the following appointments: Janet Miskulin, administrative director; Donna Jo DeBonis, office manager; and Craig Foster, executive sales manager.

Frontier Corp. has appointed Wilson Parran chief information officer and president of Frontier Information Technologies, and Richard Smith controller of Frontier Corp. Parran joins Frontier from Bell Atlantic Information Systems in Silver Spring, Md. Smith most recently headed up Frontier Information Technologies.

Newark-Wayne Community Hospital welcomes occupational therapists Susan Olmstead and Jean Tomion. Olmstead previously worked for Genesee Region Home Care and Tomion for Wayne Finger Lakes BOCES.

Lawrence Tabak DDS, Ph.D., professor of dental research and biochemistry at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, has been appointed chair of the department of dental research at the medical school. Dr. Tabak joined UR in 1986.

Thomas Cooley has been named director of the Bradley Policy Research Center at the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration. He will retain his current position as Fred H. Gowen professor of economics at the Simon School.

James Pestke has been named vice president of hotel operations for the E.J. Del Monte Corp. He was promoted from the position of general manager at the Rochester Airport Marriott.

Iuppa/McCartan Inc. has promoted Joseph Vivinetto to creative director. He served the agency as art director from 1987 to 1990 and as senior art director from 1990 to 1994.

Bausch & Lomb Inc. has announced the following appointments: David LaBudde, director- sales development, personal products division; Pierre Heroux, vice president-finance and operations for B.L.J. Co. Ltd. in Japan; and Harry Sumpter, vice president-global manufacturing operations-eyewear.

Dr. Glen Spinelli has joined his father Dr. Michael Spinelli as a partner in the general family dental practice in Gates. It is the 30th anniversary of the practice.

Cheryl Fullforth has joined AIMM Inc. as account manager. She comes to AIMM with more than 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing for manufacturing companies.

Paychex Inc. has appointed William Kuchta Ed.D. to the newly created position of director, organizational development. He will oversee human resources and training functions.

A-Weigh of Life Wellness Center welcomes Paul Marshall CPT. Marshall has more than 20 years of experience in men’s fitness training.

Mary Kane has joined Faith Haven as a counselor. Before joining Faith Haven, Kane had been a case manager for the Allegany County Association for Retarded Citizens.

HUPACO/Hudson Paper Co. has named Roz Richards as Western New York sales representative. Richards resides in Churchville.

SUNY College at Brockport Foundation has appointed Pamela Deagman assistant director of individual gift programs and John Crawford campaign development assistant. Deagman previously worked for Telecomp Inc. and Crawford worked for World University Games in Buffalo.

Frederick Drulard has been named an associate with Greenbush Associates Inc. He brings more than 25 years of financial and administrative experience to the company.

Harris, Beach & Wilcox has named the following associates: Eric Paley, tax department, and Jo Lynn White, environmental law, Buffalo office.

Sharon Hostetter, formerly with Rochester Gas and Electric Corp., has joined Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. as manager of marketing in the marketing and sales division.

Chester Kaleta has been appointed vice president of corporate services for Park Ridge Health System. He joined Park Ridge in 1979 and previously held the position of director of materials management.

Alberto Uy has been promoted to assistant vice president in the cash management department at M&T Bank’s Rochester division. Uy joined M&T in 1993 as a cash management sales officer.

Frederick Kaempffe M.D., chief of orthopedics at Myers Community Hospital, and Graham Huckell M.D., orthopedic surgeon at Myers, have formed Wayne Regional Orthopedic Associates LLP. The physicians moved from their location at the Myers Medical Office Building to Middle Road in Sodus.
