Newt Gingrich would fit right in with Rochester Chamber-of-Commerce types.
In an interview aired this week on WXXI-TV 21’s “Talking with David Frost,” the name-dropping House Speaker mentioned a conversation with former Monroe County Executive Bob King, of all people.
Gingrich, expounding on the need for welfare reform, cited examples related to him by King of how to streamline the system. One of King’s suggestions–arming case workers with laptop computers–was just the thing to catch the interest of Gingrich, an avowed technophile.
