Harris Electronic Design Automation Inc. has announced the following new hires and promotions in sales and marketing: John LoRusso, director-western area sales; Jon Axel, lead applications engineer; Stephen LoCicero, senior applications engineer; Shala Napier, senior applications engineer for the western U.S., based in San Jose; Lisa Schaertl, marketing communications manager; and Steven Willis, product marketing manager.
Batty & Hoyt Inc. has named Dan Foster vice president of sales. Foster has been with the firm for nine years, most recently as sales manager.
DeRidder Inc. has announced the following appointments: Shaun O’Heaney, vice president of manufacturing; Tom Welch, vice president of direct-marketing services/quality management; Pam Stuart, vice president of management information services; Rob Stirling, account executive covering the Cleveland and Detroit areas; and Ron Deutsch, account executive covering the New York City/New Jersey area.
William Harvey Sr. has joined NVR Mortgage as a loan officer. He will be responsible for residential mortgage originations in southern Monroe, western Ontario and Living-ston counties.
Ghilly Einhorn has joined Uniglobe/ Ross Travel as a leisure travel consultant.
Kenneth Wilson, manager of Marine Midland Bank’s Watkins Glen branch, has been promoted to vice president. Wilson joined the bank in 1974 as a teller.
Philip Fishbach has been elected to the position of controller at Xerox Corp. Fishbach is a 29-year Xerox veteran who has served since 1990 as a corporate vice president and has been vice president of finance for the United States Customer Operations since 1984.
St. John Fisher College has named William Ouweleen vice president for development, replacing Peter Carpino, who has been named president of the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania. Ouweleen will be responsible for the college’s development initiatives.
