Mark James has been named executive director of New York Farm Bureau ‘s multicounty office. James was formerly with Maine Farm Bureau.
Merwyn Kroll has established an independent law practice and also become of counsel to Burke, Grossman, Valenti & Rzepka. Kroll was formerly with Mousaw, Vigdor, Reeves, Heilbronner & Kroll.
Susan Malta has been appointed account executive for WKLX-98.9. Malta joins WKLX after serving as sales manager for Ambassador Group.
Coltec Industries Inc. has named Michael Burdulis as a group president. He retains his responsibility as president of the mechanical packaging division of Garlock Inc. based in Palmyra.
Thomas Steele has been named director of Park Ridge Health Connection . Steele joins Park Ridge from his own private consulting practice.

John D’Amanda has been named chairman of the commercial department’s real estate group at Chamberlain, D’Amanda, Oppenheimer & Greenfield . He succeeds Stanley Friedman, who has been named of counsel.
John Galati has been made president and CEO of Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic. Before joining CSH&C, Galati served as chief operating officer of the Woman’s Christian Association Hospital in Jamestown.
Keenan Catholic Family Center has announced the following staff additions and promotions: Rita Augustine has been promoted from director of children and family services to associate executive director of program services; Dwayne Mahoney has been promoted from program manager for the CYO Southwest Youth Project to the CYO department director; and Bill Keenan joins the CFC as director of development and community relations.
SUNY College at Brockport’s Business and Industry/ Economic Development Center has named Lynne Clarke director of corporate training. Clarke is a former director of economic development for Monroe County and the county’s Industrial Development Agency.
