Brooks to present Monroe County budget

Rochester Business Journal
November 13, 2012

Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks is slated to present the proposed 2013 budget at 6 p.m. today during the monthly meeting of the Monroe County Legislature, officials announced Tuesday.

The presentation is to be made in the legislative chambers at the County Office Building on West Main Street.

Brooks, in her third four-year term as county executive, has championed a stable tax rate in each of her previous eight budgets, although the county tax levy traditionally has increased.
