Red Osier Food Services expands to sports facilities

Rochester Business Journal
December 17, 2013

Red Osier Food Services Co. is expanding to the Unity Health System Total Sports Experience Inc. locations in East Rochester and Gates. The company plans to add 10 full-time employees with the expansion.

The food services and products company supports more than 1,000 sports venues, airports and public buildings nationwide after its humble beginnings of one street cart nearly 20 years ago.

“We are excited by the opportunity to partner with TSE,” said Robert Moore, president of Red Osier Food Services. “Their Gates location, which opened in 2001, hosts over 600,000 people a year…and we look forward to working in the new East Rochester location, as well.  We are creating a family friendly menu for both locations.”

I thought Red Osier was very heavy on the beef in its menu. That doesn't seem like a very "healthy" option for Unity HEALTH Services, to me. Am I mistaken?
