Continental Service Group Inc., a Perinton-based college loan repayment specialist, plans to add 100 jobs this year, the company said Friday.
Its growth in higher education, commercial and government markets has resulted in the need for additional workers in sales, operations, client relations, human resources, compliance, information technology and finance, representatives said.
The company, which does business as ConServe, added 50 major service contracts in 2012, including selection by the states of Washington and Nevada for debt collection services.
The contracts were secured through a competitive bid process, with the transfer of accounts scheduled for the first quarter of 2013, representatives said.
“Our staff members are real-time problem solvers, dedicated to helping find a solution that preserves a sense of control and individual self-esteem,” President Mark Davitt said in a statement.
“In today’s economy, it’s imperative that we work with people who are currently delinquent on their obligations to help them regain control of their finances and assist them in achieving long-term fiscal well-being.”
ConServe is headquartered in Perinton, and has a second production office in Buffalo.
