This year’s Hackerfest, one of the largest technology trade shows in the Northeast, is set to take place in Rochester on Nov. 13.
The 14th annual event will begin at 8 a.m. at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Rochester and feature hundreds of business leaders and information technology professionals from the region.
Michael Davis, CEO of Savid Technologies Inc., a technology and security consulting firm based in Chicago, is keynote speaker. Savid Technologies was ranked No. 611 on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest growing companies.
Hackerfest also will feature seminars from more than 20 of the technology industries biggest names, including Cisco Systems Inc., IBM Corp. and Microsoft Corp.
