Insurance agency enters deal with Buffalo-area firm

The Antinora Insurance Agency in Monroe County has entered into a management agreement with Northwoods Corp. in suburban Buffalo and plans to add 20 jobs by the end of the year, representatives said Monday.

Antinora will continued to be wholly owned by President Michelle Brown, representatives said. Its offices were moved from Buckman Road in Greece to Winton Road South in Henrietta.

“I wanted to ensure that the interests of my customers would not only continue to be met,” Brown said in a statement. “But by working with the Northwoods we feel we are one of the most technically advanced agencies in the region, and have the resources and staff to offer more products and services with the quality and efficiency the area demands.”

Northwoods has 29 offices throughout New York.
