New brewery slated for next spring in Ontario County

Nedloh Brewing Co. plans to hold a groundbreaking Wednesday at its future site in East Bloomfield, Ontario County. The brewery is slated to open next spring.

The ceremony is to will include renderings of the brewery and hops plants. Owners Nate and Josie Holden will attend. New York hops expert Steve Miller is to discuss the history of hops in the region.

The 3,500-square-foot brewery also is planned to house a hops and beer museum, as well as a tasting room for 50 people and a retail shop.
