Holistic and wellness center marks opening

Holistic and wellness center Energy on East has opened for business on East Avenue.

Owner Leslie Sladden was joined by city of Rochester officials Friday for its official opening at 320 East Ave.

“Energy on East is a perfect fit for the trendy East End,” said Carlos Carballada, the city of Rochester’s commissioner of Neighborhood and Business Development, in a statement.

The center’s offerings include Reiki, healing, integrated energy therapy, Tarot and spiritual readings, and yoga. Energy on East also offers classes for healthy eating and cooking.
