The Entrepreneurs Network is soliciting applications for its 17th class, with sessions to begin next month.

The class will meet monthly at High Tech Rochester Inc. in Henrietta and other venues in the Rochester area beginning Sept. 18 and ending in December, officials said.

The class is limited to 15 members. The application deadline is Sept. 5. Upon acceptance, members pay an all-inclusive fee of $350.

Candidates must be founders, senior executives or CEOs, or hold a controlling position in an early stage technology, life sciences or scalable potentially high-revenue company, officials said. Leaders of manufacturing firms and family-owned businesses, and serial entrepreneurs also are eligible.

Applicants must be in business for less than 10 years, with revenues of less than $10 million from business operations primarily in Upstate New York, officials said. Established companies involved in ownership transitions and spinoffs from university research departments also are eligible.

The network has served 16 classes and more than 250 executives since its launch eight years ago by Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks. It is sponsored by the county, the County of Monroe Industrial Development Agency and High Tech Rochester.

Applications and schedules are available at www.ten.ny.org.
