Valley Manor becomes part of Episcopal SeniorLife Communities

Episcopal SeniorLife Communities and Seniorsfirst Communities & Services have reached an agreement for Valley Manor to become an official corporation of ESLC effective Friday.

For the last seven months, ESLC had been managing Valley Manor, a Seniorfirst community, under a formal management agreement. Valley Manor offers independent apartment homes, assisted living and an adult day program.

The affiliation between the two organizations was supported by the United Way of Greater Rochester Inc. and its Synergy Fund.

Seniorsfirst will continue to operate Kirkhaven, which will not be affected by the agreement. Seniorsfirst is the dba of Presbyterian Homes & Services of Genesee Valley Inc.
