Perinton CPA firm Fredericksen & Sirianni LLP has acquired Rochester firm Joseph A. Valvo CPA, officials said Monday.

Fredericksen & Sirianni employs 12 at its main office and a second office in Geneva, Ontario County. Valvo employs two.

The acquisition will provide Valvo clients access to broader services, and strengthens Fredericksen & Sirianni’s position in the local CPA market, officials said.

Fredericksen & Sirianni was established in 1999.
