Rochester Business Alliance to hold job fair

A Rochester Business Alliance Inc. job fair is scheduled for Tuesday at its State Street offices.

The RBA’s staffing team is recruiting for open positions at some of the area’s leading companies, officials said.

The companies include Genesee Brewing Inc., McAlpin Industries Inc., Xerox Corp., Sentry Safe, Rochester General Health System, Newark Wayne Hospital, Trident Tool Co. Inc., Aryzta LLC and its Otis Spunkmeyer Inc. brand, and United Therapeutics Corp.

Available jobs include industrial cleaner, mechanical assembler, bindery and printing, food service, environmental services, machine operators, machine repair, maintenance mechanics and forklift mechanics.

They also include quality insurance inspectors and supervisors, welders, press operators, quality assurance, industrial painters, toolmakers, and entry level mechanical and manufacturing associate engineers.

The event begins at 9 a.m. and continues to 3 p.m. in Room 301 at 150 State St. Job seekers should bring resumes, officials said.
