Frontier declares Q1 dividend

Frontier Communications Corp. has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 10 cents a share.

The dividend is payable on March 31 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 7. This represents a 40 cent dividend annually and a yield of 8.55 percent.

Shares of Frontier Communications (NYSE:FTR) opened at $4.71 Wednesday; up from Tuesday’s close of $4.68.
