September 27, 2013

Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop locations will open in Penfield and Webster on Saturday, company officials announced Thursday.

A 1,950-square-foot restaurant will open at 2230 Penfield Road in Penfield, and a 662-square-foot eatery will open inside the Express Mart at 819 Ridge Road in Webster.

Both will open at 6 a.m., officials said. Some 40 full- and part-time jobs will be created.

Randy McKay of Webster owns the Penfield shop, his first location. John and Meagen Lewandowski of Pittsford own the Webster shop, their fourth.

The two new restaurants will increase the Oakville, Ontario-based chain’s total in the Rochester market to 40.
