Roc City Realty to launch on Atlantic Avenue

A ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for Friday morning to celebrate the grand opening of Roc City Realty.

The office, at 169 Atlantic Ave., specializes in assisting developers and landlords find qualified residents and in helping clients buy or rent a home. The business also will offer monthly educational seminars to provide guidance to prospective homeowners in the home buying process.

Scheduled to attend the 11 a.m. event are Kate Washington, deputy commissioner of city neighborhood, Councilmember Elaine Spaull and business development and broker/owner Carmelie Diamond.
