Frontier Communications names controller

Frontier Communications Corp. has appointed Jennifer Lem to senior vice president and controller of the company, serving as Frontier’s chief accounting officer.

Lem, 53, was previously assistant corporate controller at International Flavors and Fragrances Corp.

She reports to John Jureller, executive vice president and chief financial officer. Lem is based at corporate headquarters in Stamford, Conn.

She is a certified public accountant and received her accounting degree from Boston College.

Frontier employs nearly 14,000 people across 27 states. In Rochester, the company has roughly 1,400 employees.
