Panel focuses on trio of major projects in Rochester

College Town, CityGate and the Midtown Tower are the focus of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Rochester’s second Developers’ Panel on Sept. 19 at the Radisson Hotel Rochester Riverside.

The event begins with registration at 11:30 a.m., followed by a luncheon and panel discussion from noon to 1:30 p.m.

Torben Arend, a senior development manager at Gilbane Development Co., will discuss the College Town project at the University of Rochester.

Brett Costello, CEO at Anthony J. Costello & Son Development Property Management, will discuss the CityGate project at East Henrietta Road and Westfall Road.

Laurence Glazer, CEO and managing partner at Buckingham Properties LLC in Rochester, will discuss the redevelopment of the Midtown Tower.

BOMA members will be admitted free. The cost to nonmembers is $35. Advance reservations and payment are required at bomarochester.com.
