Broadstone Net Lease acquires 11 properties for $19.8 million

Broadstone Real Estate LLC said this week its Broadstone Net Lease Inc. recently completed the acquisition of 11 net leased properties for a combined purchase price of $19.8 million.

On July 2, Broadstone Net Lease acquired an additional six Taco Bell locations Tampa, Fla., an initial effective lease term of 20 years. Broadstone Net Lease now owns 30 Taco Bell locations in four states leased with an average remaining term of 17 years, the company reported.

On July 26, the company acquired a portfolio of an additional five My Dentist locations in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. The locations are leased with an initial term of 16 years. Broadstone New Lease now owns 21 My Dentist sites in five states.

Broadstone Net Lease is a real estate investment trust.
